So I did change the whole res water phd to 6 and added nutes at 50% strength also it seemed to me that the water in the old one was cloudy and little slimy on the sides of the res, any ideas ? And also did check for bugs didn’t find any

"whole res water phd to 6 and added nutes at 50% strength" Hoping the words are wrong but...did you pH the water and THEN add nutes or did you add nutes and pH the mixture? Very different things so just want to be clear.

IDK, I still see a bug issue, I would spray with ISO at 50/50 with water (if you can find it), or spinosad (per label) every 2 days for at least 3 treatments.
What did you use to look for the bugs?
Has you PH meter had a recent calibration?
              I dont do DWC so,

I'm on my first dwc grow,so no expert here. Have you tried running straight water for a couple days? When was the last time you calibrated your meter? Most suff I've read says to run the ph at 5.5 to 6 in dec. Wished I had the answer for you, hate seeing sick plants.
