    HELP! Abnormal seedling growth

Greetings! Has anyone seen this before? This is a Wedding Cake seedling that was planted 29 days ago. I germinated her in water and darkness for 48 hours and then wet paper towel for 48 hours more. The cup is a sphagnum peat moss and perlite mix. I've had 5 seeds going and they've been on 14-10 light schedule under a GE LED 1600 lumen 6500k bulb. Her 4 other siblings are already well on their 3rd nodes, but she has been struggling along. Any information would be a tremendous help. Thanks in advance!

The PH of peat is 3.5, what have you done for this?
Also look for bugs with a 30x zoom lens.

"Germinated in water for 48 hours, then a wet towel for 48 hours more." It's a wonder it looks like it does.
Next time do your seeds a favor and utilize the GWE tutorial on germination. It's a great resource.
