magic butter machine

my magic butter machine is two years old and the motor has stopped switching on even in clean mode
would anyone know if there is a setup with the control buttons to reset the system.

I've always wondered about those machines, would like to try one some day. Sorry I don't have the answer, but from what I hear, the company is pretty responsive to questions. reach out to them, I'm sure they would have a good answer for ya.
