HYDRO Has anyone here tried Cutting Edge Solutions nutes?

I'm likely going to be forced off Aurora Soul because of distribution issues. A new grow shop opened about a mile away. Unfortunately, they won't be stocking Aurora. The guy working there recommended I try Cutting Edge Solutions (which sounds more like a name for some kind of cheesy consulting firm) as a replacement. The shop seems to be run by people who know what they are doing. They do stock all other nutrient lines from basically every company except Hydrofarm. I'm looking hard at House & Garden too also since they are recommended on the GWE site. H&G nutes are manufactured in California now so that's a bonus.

I wound up buying some of CES's bloom to finish the two grows I've got going even though I may not need it - chop is likely next weekend. I did manage to score seeds - P.P.D. from Humboldt Seed Co. which I'd been coveting for some time now.

I'm open to advice. I liked what I had because it involved organic processes and all that but mostly because I had success growing sticky smelly bud with it.

I have used those in a commercial application with coco. There is nothing organic about them. Synthetics that did the job well for a wide variety of strains. Just used the basic three bottles, Grow, Micro and Bloom. The plants got fed with every watering and at a pretty high ppm. No complaints about the Cutting Edge Solutions stuff if salts is your thing.

That's what I gathered from the website. It's nice to know that I could get by with the basic three - nowhere on their site do they admit that. Even their "Basic" feeding schedule calls for doses from six different bottles at every feeding.

It was silica, cal/mag and those three bottles. Put out some amazing crops.
