HELP! Some leaves are too small, some have missing parts or marks.

Hi everyone. It is my first grow and I started with 10 plants indoors with autoflowering seeds of several different kinds. The germination started on the 1st of October. Until yesterday, I didn't give them any nutrition thinking since they're still to little they might not require but I started with Advanced Nutritions Grow/Micro/Bloom(2ml) and B52(1ml) yesterday night. As you can see, some of them got taller while some are still too short and the leaves are also small. Also, some of them have missing parts or different colors in their leaves. Am I doing something wrong here? Thank you all for the help.
    Setup:
    240x120 cm tent
Bestva 2000w LED Light (50cm away) (website states that it is comparable to 1400w HPS)
    Soil: Plagron Light Mix
    18/6 Schedule
    pH between 6.0 - 6.5
Humidity is always around %60 and the temperature is around 21-25 Celcius with good air circulation

The difference between the plants height and grow pattern is natural. Of course they don’t grow at the same speed or pattern.
the pics makes it really hard to see clearly because of the blue light.
pictures in Normal light will help a lot.

    How is your watering routine?
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
You can teach a old dog new tricks - But it will still think the old ways are the “best” lol
