I started curing my buds before they were dry enough. They've curing for about three days. If I throw a 63% drying pack into the jar will they eventually dry properly or do I need to take additional action?

Leave the lids off if they are too moist. Or if it is an extreme situation dump out the buds until they are ready.-
Like Smokesteve said or put them into a brown paper grocery sack close it up leave space. I've done this nearly every grow.

Take em back out to dry - if you leave them in the jars, too much moisture will only lead to one thing.3 X 3 gorilla. Promix soil . Green Planet Nutes
