Is this the start of flowering?

Well i have this one (sativa i thing) plantand after some problems we had today after a three day cold weather with temps being 60 degrees low and72 high i noticed some white hair an the smell of the tops is a bit more intence than before is this the start o flowering ?

Great to hear . Also i planted this from seed at 6th of september and it started flower now. How long until harvest
