High ppm on runoff and ph issues

Hi, I’m a fairly new grower. This is my second harvest and first solo grow. I had a partner that quit me after the first grow and since then I’ve switched a lot of things up and have had some struggles. I added a flora flex system, and the medium I’m using is coco coir. The first harvest, I was able to keep the ppm abs ph levels in check, but since I’ve switched to a different operation. The PH levels continue to climb after I’ve got them leveled out. Runoff ph and ppms is always higher than the feeding tank. I’ve flushed, and rinsed everything and started fresh. Plants are not thriving like they did in the first harvest. They’re short and skinny. Any ideas and information would be appreciated. Thank you!

What Ph of water are you putting in to it? What is it when it comes out?

What ppm are you feeding it? What is it when it comes out?

Are your nutrients designed for coco or are they for soil? Is it organic or is it synthetic nutrients?

Short and skinny sound like nutrient uptake is effected, any chance of posting pics?

What size pot are the in?
