I was curious if rain water could be used to flush my plants?

Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers
Currently using fish/guano during veg growth & FF Grow Big 6-4-4 teens to bloom. Once i see pre-flower i switch to
Age Old Organics Bloom 5-10-5

Ok I know what NOT to do BUT am I able to use rain water to flush my soil it’s coming directly from sky to soil.Comment

My girls are out in it, I dont like the water on the buds, but it is what it is, I would not worry to much just keep an eye out for WPM and bud rot. (shake them after the rain)
Is shaking them twice considered playing with them?Comment

I shake them a few times a day because it’s non stop on and off rain but no sunshine untill
