Could you have splashed some nutrient water on the leaves? The nutrients could the burn and the water droplets act as a magnifier that enhances the light and burns the plant. It may also be yellow leaf septoria.
Yellow or brown round spots appearing on leaves and spreading? This Yellow Leaf Spot aka Leaf Septoria fungus can attack your plants, learn what to do!

Even plain water droplets on the leaves under a bright enough light can burn them. Looks like a splash to me.
