    Outside doom and gloom

Put this blue dream plant outside It is the clone of a plant that hermied last go around so I put it outside. Everything was all in well it's fourth week in to flowering and seeing a lot of yellow leaves starting inside bottom going up plant looks a lot lighter green than it did and has multiple sites on leaves where there's activity I got a few pictures of some droppings and a picture of a bug I seen on it maybe someone could help and identify what bug is causing this issue.

Spinosad should take care of the bugs, IDK what it is, here it would be smashed, then sprayed. Of course outside one can add ladybugs and praying mantis, which work better than sprays.
How long have they been in the sunshine?

Just ended fourth week of flowering I had it indoors for the veg growth so when I flip my switches to 12 and 12 thats when I put it out and how I know it's been flowering for 4 weeks. I usually use neem oil and keep the yard sprayed with off which kills everything for a month or so but the last time I applied neem It rained the next day and washed a good bit away so I've recently resprayed with the neem and added some cedar oil around the plant and some cinnamon sticks down in the soil but anyhow it seems to be doing better since I've sprayed the yard and the cinnamon and cedar oil is keeping the crickets and grasshoppers away. Last year we had an abundance of praying mantises and ladybugs but haven't seen hardly any this year.
