Is molasses a good supplement to my FF Happy Frog?

Greetings, I'm growing my 1st ever autos. They started to flower 6 days ago. I'm wondering if molasses is a good supplement to my FF Happy Frog?

Do you have a preferred soil or do you mix your own?

I mix organic ingredients in my soils. I recycled soil from my plants use it 2x then out to my veggie beds. I purchase or go get from ranchers and other farms near me. I collect bat guano that's old old near a cabin, i use alpaca poo mix it in compost pile cover it all the things for good rich organic soil. I use this with coco coir and perlite lots of it. It's stored outdoors in totes. Indoors i don't use anything with food product waste in my mixes. I will make tea with guano or old cow poo with molasses and Kelp. I'm older and like to mess with soils always have " dirty under my nails"

Yes I used it for all my cannabis and vegetables, I had fox farms ocean forest for one plant and roots organic for the other. Gave it to them every week because it helps feed the micro organisms from the EM1 microbial inoculant I use with all my plants. All ways use unsulfured molasses or it could damage or kill the plants!!! I’ve used both blackstrap & golden but golden doesn’t have potassium on the label so check the labels every company is a little different, blackstrap has calcium, iron, potassium, copper,Vitamin B , magnesium everything plants need all year long. I’ve also been using Raw organic unrefined cane sugar switching every other week its doesn’t have the same levels as blackstrap but I’ve heard some of the master growers used it last year with great results! I beefed up a TLBS. Every other week till the end of the grow. All of my grow is 98% organic inside and out. Plus the BUDS need all the sugar & carbs to get huge and you can also add blackstrap to teas to feed. I hope this will help you. Dr. Gunner Frankenplantenstine 🧟‍♂️

Should I only include it in the water once per week? Do feed w/ nutes every time or just water in between feedings?

I would say yes cuz this week I'm feeding the girls with molasses.
