I'm not using cal mag. I thought I did not need it while growing in soil. I'm using PH tester solution and the PH seems to be in 6 area.

Just checked the Micro nut ingredients on advance nut trio and cal mag and other micro nutrients are there. I don't know what else to consider. Again the PH is in the 6 range.

Try plucking one of the affected leaves and checking for any microscopic sized bugs on the underside.
