    Roots

Sometimes when removing a neighboring empty net pot, I noticed the feeder roots like to cling to the bottom of the empty net pot. This sometimes results in 1 of these small feeder roots to tear off. These small feeder roots they will regenerate right?

Yes roots will regenerate themselves, and there are even times and in some cases when you will actually cut the roots like during 'root pruning' like when you want to keep a plant dwarfed such as in the case of something like a mother plant as one example. Roots will regrow and regenerate themselves, but keep in mind that cutting them is different then tearing the roots, and in either case it is similar to like your skin being cut. Nothing could happen, but on the other hand the cut could become infected and thus lead to other problems and if bad enough it could even just flat out kill the plant in a couple of weeks if you end up with a problem from what you do. So keep this in mind and try to always untangle a root instead of cutting or tearing it away if its hooked on something, and it is better to cut with them with something sterile to avoid future issues than not to. Oh and make sure you are always careful with the tap root, as damaging it can do more damage to the overall plant than harming the other roots if you are not careful.
The only way to become the a good at anything is to read about it and learn all you can about it, and if it's something you love why not become an expert in it? The best place for anyone to start is at the beginning and make sure we didn't overlook anything, so let's go back to the basics.
