I've got spider mites. I was going to send in a battalion of lady bugs but have decided to do a bi-daily rinse with 50/50 alcohol water (190 Everclear). This seems cleaner than chemicals and wife doesn't want 1000 lady bugs in the house. What do you all think? Any experience?

If you have a tent, the bugs should stay in there until they run out of mite munchies. Note I said "should".****tent (2x4) and large light (Relassy 300W LED) is in storage for now until I can solve some household electrical issues****

Alcohol kills them instantly
also aphids.
spray under the leaves, wait 3 days and continue.
got rid of my spider mite infection in the veggie garden, after 1 week.
got aphids inside the tent, tried with the same ratio of alcohol and water and 1 day after all the aphids where dead on the leaves.
I hate using pesticides a fear for killing my plants. And alcohol doesn’t kill your plants
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
