6500k
that s what i know about this light nothing more. my grow area is 60cm*60cm
I will start from seedling so whats your advises ?

there is nothing man this light is not made for grow actually...

use hand test if u can keep hand under for 20 seconds withno problem it ok that how i do it hope it helps

I guess hand test for MH/HPS lights not sure if it helps wit LED

dont know mate worth a try or just start high and work down till find sweet spot u soon know they go brown over night i scroched mine the other didnt do it any harm
