    One down, one to go

Not the plan but look where plans went this year. My freshman grow is almost over. Two bag seeds; one I know what it came out of and the other I have a good idea. Things got a little tense this week with an asshole millennial brat (not mine or I'd have one less child), we're in the middle of a heatwave and the smell was evading even the stoutest of filters and ventilation McGyvering. The humidity has been up and down like a toilet seat. Yesterday I couldn't get it below 61%, now I can't get it above 50.
On one of the plants, the main upper branches were hollow and starting to dry out, so I chopped it - I was a week into flushing, and I'd starved this batch out of an abundance of caution because they were started in Miracle Gro soil. All the leaves are still green, with just a tiny bit of yellowing starting on the upper leaves of the second plant (still going), and whiting of the tips as the cycle wrapped up. The
I'm in a 2x3x5 with 2 600w LEDs so I slid the second light over to help the plant that's still going.

Looks like I am drying poodle parts, lol. That's half of it. That's Twice as much as I would have had if I didn't plant anything
Pic was 2 nights ago, as the plan was to let the buds underneath get some more light. That plan ended when it was too damn hot last night.

The plant that is still maturing looks like it has a few days to go, and with the extra light, it may happen faster. I'm glad I was this far into the flowering, so things won't be a total loss.

Hopefully there will be no more disturbances in the Force here, at least not from an entitled, snot-nosed 20-yr old with a lowered Subaru.

Hey well we all gotta do what we need too. Too bad about the little rat child. I just wanted to caution about drying them with the tent light on. Otherwise enjoy that smoke and get going on some more LOL. We are hot as hell here too but suppose to cool down into the upper 80's i'm flipping a tent today at noon lights out then lights on at midnight. Got 4 photos need flowering huge long veg. time alittle concerning not run this time of year ever. But like most we need it and i hope they will not suffer closed up lights out. The room the tent is in stays in the lower 60s during the day till about 4pm the hottest time of day did'nt cool off till 1230 a.m. this morning was a sweat box if not for the air conditioner clicking on. Well you enjoy your efforts. Tell that child to take a bath they smell like skunk, did you play with a skunk LOL tell em that.

LOL SoOrbudgal I hope the weather that showed up here today slides south to you! Almost perfect for a flippin'! Is the caution about lights and drying because heat? Or is it the actual light itself? The LEDs raise the temp only about 5 degrees. It was so damned hot the last 3 days. It's at least 15 degrees cooler today, and a sweet ocean breeze. If it's the light, I will put a tension rod in my tub tonight and it can do its thing in there. Sometimes it's mah silky draws and sometimes its pot, lol. The humidity is quite a bit lower in the house, but there is a fan in that room that ventilates outside, and makes people think its coming from my kitchen, which it also is, because that's where I really do most of my consumption - in the kitchen.

Not my first rodeo with a brat. I have two grown-up (mostly) house-broken male offspring that still occasionally break the house, but brattiness is not tolerated. We even have an Asshole Jar to deal with inhouse brattiness.
I got a lesser degree in dealing with brats, having also tried marriage, as well as survived 5 sisters.
The current brat doesn't belong here technically, and he thought he was going to get preferential treatment because he knows people. He did get preferential treatment. The people he knows - the building owners and his grandparents - told him they would prefer if he grew up, cleaned up his act and stopped harassing the paying tenants - including his sister, who was kind enough to take him in, and who I love. So the kid is pissed at me, even though it was the camera they installed for her security that recorded what he said to me, lol. Per this kid, I'm not allowed to smoke pot on my deck anymore-terms of the lease. Fine. I've beat better and more experienced brats at this shit.
I parked my car on the street and turned the most of the parking area - which is mine, if we're sticking to the terms of the lease I actually signed -,into my new deck the majority of the time. My patio furniture, a table and umbrella, thinking of adding a plant or two from my deck, there is an ashtray for all the joints I'm smoking in the driveway (it was 2 a day. Now it's as many as I can smoke ) In the afternoon, after everyone else (punkass and his friends) has had to find a far away spot to park - because we put all our cars on the street to create a space I can safely consume my medical marijuana so as not violate the terms of the lease, or to offend the delicate olefactories of a 20-yr old punk. Then when I am done bogarting the shade and places for cars to park for the day, the furniture goes away and my son and I move our cars back into place. The plants would be a nice touch...
I can hold this note for a very, very long time.

I have a bunch of baby plants in the Re-Veg tent (a few of the clones are not quite up to complete veg status, lol) and also have some seeds from Growers Choice. More bag-seed. I wanna see which way the wind is gonna blow with Bratty before I expend any new resources. Waiting to get enough normal growth on whichever 4 clones I'm keeping (2 each) so I can snip a couple new, ready to rage-veg cuttings. I also have to do some planning with a calender so that never, evah am I flowering again in my current location during July or August. Maybe June, as well, for good measure. Omg. I need to rest from this shit. Lool

No i just am concerned about closing all the port holes in the tent when lights are out. I am rather a " rogue" when doing the photoperiods. I leave the bottom flaps open and top vent open but close only the 3 side port holes for now. Nope i do not place a fan inside only outside rotates gently. First morning for shut down and lights on at 1230 a.m. lights out at 1230afternoon. So i can close the tent down but it's the time between in the dark i wonder if they will make it all sealed in 3 big long veg and 1 7wk old one. I just may need to remove one down the road to ease my worry about WPM and the sweats on the leaf, droplets. It cooled down really good last night i got backup and opened the door flap. I got so use to the autos easy peasy no worry light leaks my photos are like more work LOL

Rogue, indeed! I have a different idea with flaps. One low flap open on the opposite side of the top port that has my exhaust. No other flaps open or the neg pressure is hooped. I've been keeping my house cool the same way for 30 years. We are in for a week of bodacious weather up in these parts. Perfect weather for bucking a 2.5 ft tall plant, LOLOL.

SoOrbudgal Yes, please come help...we can knock it out in about 30 seconds, lol.
All the drama. I could smoke this up in a week or 2 if I went hard.
But at least I know where it came from and what happened to it before now!
