    Fans... Fans everywhere

Humidity hit 57% in my tent today, the highest it's been. The AC is on, the room is 70 degrees all day, so I stopped by and grabbed a few different fans. 2 USBs and a clip on. One above the canopy, one blowing upwards through the canopy and on blowing horizontally across the floor. In addition to the extraction fan pulling in air. Hopefully this combats the humidity.

Kindred spirits. I have the same clip fans, lol. If I could get down to 57%, life would be complete.
The next one will be different...

I’ve never been able to get my humidity below 55 this time of year due to the climate where I live. Keep the fans going at different levels like you have going and you’ll be fine.

Good deal! It’s a damn battle for me spring and summer in the humid AF southeastern US. If I place a dehumidifier the temp spikes. Run a ac to deal with humidity and it’s too cold lol I grow in my basement so temperature isn’t a issue if left alone but the damn humidity is from March-October. Anymore I run 3 fans in my tent and place a dehumidifier in the adjacent room where my intake comes from. Temps stay steady in low 70’s with lights on, mid 60’s lights off, humidity mid 50’s when the lights are on but spikes to mid 60’s lights off. If I’m growing a strain that produces big dense buds I mainline it to 8 colas and keep them spead out. It’s worked

How good is a dehumidifier. I've only used added humidity, not taken away so like all things before this is new to me. I'm gonna be getting a 4x4x8 so I know small USBs aren't gonna tackle the problem with that size

They work great, just make sure to check the square footage they’re rated for and be able to compensate for the heat. If I put a dehumidifier in my grow room I can get the humidity down below 50 but then the heat gets up into the 80’s. I’d rather deal with higher humidity than temperature.
