    Mainline Question.

    First time grower.

The mainline for the sour D is complete and looks good. However, OG KUSH and Chem D. Internodes seem to close together to actually create the mainline. I did try to create the mainline for OG KUSH but I don't see how this form will grow similar as the sour D mainline. The chem D is on its second node after the first top.

Should I just abandoned the mainline for the Chem D and just let it grow then flower?
what should I do for OG KUSH tight internodes mainline to prevent any issue during flower?

Yes i got a clone i took that's not got enough to tie down like yours. It's a photo grow also i did what i could but did not go heavy on it. I think once they rest for a week after first trauma they spring back into growth. If it's a photo plant you got time to wait a couple more weeks and train.

Yeah just let it grow out and tie it down once it's long enough. Training is a process but well worth it in the end. Nothing like getting that flat canopy for the first time! Really helps yield and uniformity.

Ok thanks for the feedback. I will give it two weeks more in veg.

In case if the Sour D reaches half the desire height, and the other two are not ready, would their yield suffer if I force flower prematurely?

Here is my photo tent ( I got one for autos and seedling too this growing get habit forming but i'm retired LOL ) back row left is the clone it's 4wks into the soil, on the right back and left front are about same age 6-7wks old front right is close to 2 1/2 months old. My tent is 72" but take 12" off for the light. They are about 26" from top of plant to light. Yes in 2 wks i'm going 12/12. And yes i don't expect huge harvest off the younger plants but you never know .
