I’ll let the outside growers speak on LST’ng of a outside plant but as far as the method goes, excellent job! You got em down and it doesn’t look like you injured any limbs. Kudos

Read up on supercropping, it’s scary but effective and when they get hard it’s necessary to bend without breaking. Once you’ve done it a few times and get the feel for it, piece of cake. Just have to be patient and not in a hurry.

Didnt know that. Interesting. I was always thinking if you could bring outdoor plant under indoor lights or will she freak out and other way around

I supply a buddy and his dad with clones to grow outside and they give them a couple hours direct light then put them in the shade. Each day they give them a little bit more sun until they’ve adapted. They usually grow them indoors until they’re a couple feet tall and once introduced to the sun they’ll double in size in a couple weeks. Kinda crazy

Yea thats crazy. So you have mother plant. I would grow indoors because I am freaking out when someone comes in my yard. Today workers came to put bug protection on neighbours window. IM Not concerned for neighbours but for workers hah

This is what I was hoping for. Shooting from all sides without any leaves touching each others. For sure atleast better airflow

Mine are a mix of LST and super crop. Your stems still look good and you have not over done anything outdoors. I cropped probably 15 upper branches on my biggest sativa, and the bottom half of the plant is in a permanent type of LST with a cage around it. She is absolutely huge, but she is also planted directly into the earth, they are all in 100° or hotter full sun roughly 14 hours a day and thriving. I do water daily at the moment, each one getting 10-15 gallons daily and the dirt is dry and cracking within 24 hours. If you decide to super crop I might mention if you pinch the stems hard to weaken them a bit before "folding" them, you'll have less chance of breaking the branches off.
