    New seedlings falling over

Freshly germinated seeds growing too fast and then falling over. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

Hi Jo2, a picture would help. A common problem is lighting is too far away or not strong enough. It causes the seedling to get a long, spindly stem. I suppose you could put a straight stick/dowel in the soil to hold it up as you correct the lighting. What sort of light are you using and how far away is it?

I am using a 600 watt in a tent and it is about 20 inches from the seedlings.
