HELP! Overwatered from start, leaves have brown spots, not sure if only from overwatering

Hi everyone! I'm growing a single ILGM Northern Lights Fem Autoflowering plant in a Space Bucket with a Cree Cob Growstar 150w UFO LED light. Growing in a 75/25 coir/perlite mix using the GH trio of nutrients + calmag, following the GH in coir nutrient schedule posted on the main GWE site.

I made the mistake of watering to 10% runoiff from the start, even when the seedling was barely sprouting. It's been roughly 3 weeks and I just figured out that I don't need to water to 10-20% runoff until the plant gets larger. I last watered two days ago and this morning I saw spots and a lighter green color overall on the leaves.

I reread the overwatering article this morning, so my main question is are these spots/discoloration a symptom of only overwatering? Or does it also look like other problems are present? Photos are below/ Thanks so much in advance!
