    HELP! Seedling sunburn

My seedling recently moved outside got what I think is a heat or light stress after a day at 90 degrees F (it is a fat banana autoflower). The top leaves seem totally burnt but the dandyleon are still green.
It happenned yesterday and I don't really know what to do. I moved it inside, humidifier it and watered it. Can I do anything else? And is it possible for the plant to survive?
Thanks for your help which I desperately need.

Hard to tell in the pic, but if it is not completely dried out, IF there is still a living grow site, it may survive. Dont count on it, I would say more soil before full on sunshine. That cup can dry out fast in the sun, if the roots got to dry it is dead..
