What can cause the brown spots?

What kind of soil is she growing in? Change your pH around every time you water. Consistent 6.0 is too low - try to vary it between 6.2 and about 6.9 to avoid nute lockout.

Kind of looks like nute burn. How much and which nutes are you using currently.
      Have some fun. 😌

im using standard soil with perlite.
        Using 3 nutes:
        1) GHE Floragro Flora Grow Plant Nutrient Feed
        2) GHE Flora Bloom
        and
        3) GHE FloraMicro forSoft Water.

I mix them with 10L and 2.5ml from the 3 nutes.

but now i think the FloraMicro make this problem, beacuase its mineral for osmosis water and i use simple tap water.
From some pictures of the same brown spots that I saw the problem can be from maybe over Calcium.

why ph 6 is too low? its not the avg recommendation?

Tap water usually has trace amounts of calcium and some micronutrients. My concern would be the the bloom nutrients you're using. Your plant is in the vegatative state so it should only be getting a vegatative feed. Mixing bloom and veg nutrients at the same time especially beinh 5 weeks old is over kill IMO. I'd flush it, dial back on the nutrients. Use vegatative feed until flowering

So I will use only Flora Grow and FloraMicro?
cause In many fertilizer tables recommended to use also the bloom.

Thing is the same nutes are needed to grow roots as make bud.

Follow the chart! The MFG has done a lot of studies to make their product work. One may need to "dial back" a bit for some plants/strains and only give 1/4 or 1/2 strength.
