Light height
Hey guys, 1 week and a day into flowering. Her stretch has snuck up on me overnight 😬 Anyways, the top of the canopy is only 8-10 inches away. Yes I know that's way too close so today after work I'll be moving the light to the furthest up I can get it. Take a look at the pictures. I'm wanting to raise it from where it is to about 6-8 inches upwards towards the steel poles. Will this be too dramatic of a change for my plant ?

It looks to me like a little supercropping is in order. -
For me i would gently and slowly do some tying down or bending over of the tallest colas and branches. Doesnt look like much room to raise your light so i would save those last 6-8” for a last resort emergency plan.If you bend you will be less likely to break.Comment

As close as you can get it without burn put your hand on the top of the leaves see if you feel any heat
And make sure you have a fan blowing over the tops to keep air circulatingComment
