Transition from outdoors to indoors for late seedlings

    hello everyone,
I'm happy to be here. This is probely a no brainer , but is their anything special or different other than the sun vs 600W hps that I need to consider when I bring my girls indoors. Days are getting shorter and they need to stay in the vegetative stage a little longer. Will this transition put too much stress on them?

From what I've heard, you should ease the transition by putting them under the HPS for a couple of hours, gradually increasing the amount of HPS time vs outdoor time. Maybe keep the light a bit higher than usual too.

I'd sure ease the light closer gradually, as well. I have burn't the $hite out of seedlings with my 400 watt MH in the past.
Maybe give them a drink of Neem oil, since once inside, any outdoor pests no longer have there natural predators around, and can get out of hand. I like to mix like a teaspoon per gallon into there water one time for seedlings, and then about a tablespoon per gallon 3-4 weeks later, and every 3-4 weeks till they start to flower. I stop once they switch to flower, to keep any neem flavor from getting in the buds. It seems to work really well.

    Greetings,
    my new question today.
Do you use the same LUX meter reading as Nebula posted in her article about using a light meter? And dose the physical heat test with hand apply.

I don't use the back of the hand method with my 315cmh, I use a lux meter though, just so I'll know where. I keep my light at least 18inches away, though most of the time around 22inches
