    When to trim?

Any thoughts if I should start to trim this plant?

Plants need leaves to grow, I wouldn't remove any leaves till much later.

If you’re wanting to manifold or quadline it then, yea it has over 6 nodes so go ahead before you waste more vegging time. If you’re talking about a defoliation trim then no, it’s too small. Could bend it over and LST it down though. Perfect time for that.

Defoliation is usually only recommended with indoor grows. Unless it's highly humid in your area outside and leaves are stuck on eachother. That plant looks to have great air flow

Take one leaf off and you lose 10% of your plant - let it grow.
