Molasses’s Feeding in Bloom Stage is this a thing?

    Morning guys,
Quick question, I have been researching the bloom stage, and I have read that either Molasses, Corn Syrup or Honey is good for the bloom stage before you start your flush, of all the research and reading I haven’t come across this until now, what’s your thoughts? As this is my first grow and keeping it relatively simple, just thought for future grows when I’m more confident
    cheers guys
    Caz

Never used molasses before. But yesterday I just bought 600ml of it. I’m going to use it on my new grow I’m starting on tomorrow, so when I reach bloom phase, I have it in stock, to see if it really does a difference
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.

It should fatten the buds up with all the sugars in it.
but I read there is also calcium and phosphorus in it. So there are a few benefits from it.
yes it will be interesting to see if it makes a difference

As I understand it, 1 Tablespoon per gallon of water feeds the microbe's in the soil, these microbes change things in the soil for the better. 3 Tablespoons per gallon is said to eat Nitrogen from the soil. My question remains, why unsulfured? Out plants need sulfur.

I read the reason to use unsulphured is because the Sulphur dioxide that is added to sulphured molasses is actually an antimicrobial and will kill the good microorganisms in your soil. All molasses contain sulphur but they add it to less mature molasses to use as a preservative. RQS has a pretty good article about Molasses https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog...s-plants-n1148

NickyChicks I read this article very informative. I found out about molasses from old outdoor grower years back, also about Epsom salt. Things to use around the house/farm that works damn good and does not cost a small fortune.
