Soil Growing Medium Tomato Potting Mix

Hello all, I have read that a bag of good quality tomato potting mix is a very good growing medium for plants for growing indoor pots. Can I have a general consensus on this please? I have tried some woompty doomp soil mixture made by a soil company but all I got was nutrient burn throughout so I thought I would try Tomato Potting Mixture depending on the feedback I get here, thank you all. Desperate to try to grow at least one healthy plant.

Good morning! This is my first grow indoors and I am using what we call Tomarite soil, 60% soil 40% Perlite, so far it’s working very well for me, I have made it to the bloom stage 😀 after a shaky start with the wrong soil once repotted them into Tomarite they have excelled. I am New so learning everyday.

Tomatoes and MJ will grow in the same soil, I grew them in my garden next to each other last year.

Since day one when I started growing cannabis I’ve been using normal tomato soil from a garden store.
They want the same Ph levels tomatoes and Cannabis.
and most of the soil - has the right nutrients for the first 3-4 weeks, depending on how much leca or perlite you will be using also.
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
