    Any one ever used these?

    Found these at the dollar tree gana give them a shot

    They will work just fine for germinating. Use a good soil, and don't under or over water. Won't be able to stay in long though, since they are small. You could just cut of bottom and perhaps cut some small slits up the sides from bottom up and plant the entire peat cup when you transplant.

      I seem to be in the minority with this product. 6/6 of my first grow rootbound in these.

        I used to use similar. I'd put starter cubes with seedlings into these with soil or coco, then cut out the bottom before transplanting to the final pot. Worked fine. I've just become used to the solo cup routine now...

            Are those the brown fiberish ones ? The ones the roots are supposed to go trough?? I've used similar ones from the Home Depot and they tend to get moldy on high humidity and I agree. Its too small

              Yea they are but from the dollar store and thank you if you guys wouldn't have gave the heads up I probably would have wasted at least 4 weeks to find out
