First time growing in a pot question

Hello, first time growing in a pot. By looking at this photo, is there anything I need to do? Is it time yet to start training it to grow flat? If so, how is that done? I'm using General Hydroponics Flora series and CalMag. I alternate feeding this and fish emulsion/seaweed. I am also using a rolled reflective insulation to spread the light but just removed for pic.

    Thanks

So if you want her to lay flat this is what I did to mine. I topped the main cola leaving about a 1/4 inch nub. The single cola shot into two. Then I hooked onto that nub (after shock is over if you have any) with some 8 lb test fishing line (loose slip knot not tight tight around the stem) then I took a skewer and attached it to the other side of that line and pushed it down into the soil (very very gently) before I started this one into the soil though I found kinda the mid bend point on the main stem, attached a piece of line around it (again loosely) and taped the other end of that line to my pot edge. What that did for me was to keep pressure to bend easily without too much stress or risk snapping the stem. You wanna figure out which way is the best light penetration before you bend her though. Really studied that, for hours messing with directions and what this or that would shade or not. Here’s some pics of what I did and the outcome of that. Let me know if you need clarity on what I said. Also my girl pretty much trained overnight. The next day I loosened all my line and she stayed. Then I trained her
further to where I wanted, and switched
to skewers (wooden) to kinda place my sites and leaves
    where I needed
