As a beginner I’d like some advice on when to harvest and if I can harvest the top and then the bottom

Jonnyhawes1973 Now for rule #2 don't harvest early LOL. That is just a estimate they could take longer best advice someone once said " jewelers loupe" to check the trichomes for ripeness. You will want one if you continue growing year round. Now with that said you can harvest the top cola buds if the bottom half is not ripe yet. It's call sequential harvest. Pick the ripe and leave the rest to continue on till ready. Come back with another picture if you need any help, good luck to you.

Your trichomes look nice in those shots. No clear, milky, or amber I can tell because the pictures aren't real zoomed in. What I see are a bunch of hairs sticking straight out. No short and curleys. FunkyButtLovin 's two weeks. Maybe more. What does your seed company's web site have to say about flowering time?C'mon, mule!

Use a loupe to get a better look at the trics.
