    I have seen many leaves with even numbers of fingers, it is common, from 2 to 10. The oddest I have ever seen had 33 fingers, (3 rows of 11) I was doing genetic manipulations at the time.

    Because it's a mutation. And it's interesting. I thought the title said it all LOL

    Cannibas grows odd numbers of leaves. Not even. 2nd node should be 3. Not 4

    Also, it's only on one side.

    Interesting mutation. Half of my seeds have produced a set of 4 on one side at node 2.
