Nova Scotia regiment needed for advice on outdoors AK47 fast variety......

Site toted seeds good for outdoor, bought seeds, vegged now three weeks. Will I be able to harvest these girlies in Nova Scotia, or will they rot before they mature. Hope I did not buy the wrong seeds. I wanted a slightly sativa dominant, and picked this for its short flower. Thanks folks, little mad at myself for being duh.....lol. Cheers!

Hello and welcome boilerroom. Can you please tell us more of how you are growing this photo plant? Pot and soil or Hydro and do you have lights or a tent or is this out doors? My experience with sativa is they have a longer flowering period than an indica strain but i'm no expert on new strains.

Peat moss, perlite, sheep manure, my compost, epsom salts, bone meal, fish emulsion at watering with molasses, and a spoon of epsom...20 gallon pots, outdoor grow in Nova Scotia. I read they will rot, AK 47 FAST variety does not like our climate...What ever the FAST means...

It means fast-flowering. It has a bit of ruderalis in its genes. That makes it still a photo but their flowering times are shorter than normal.

I am not sure if they will completely rot in your climate zone but I think there is a high chance of mold due to the humidity in your region. I do not have any experience with photo period seeds outdoors for the same reason of finishing before the Fall. I do not think flowering will start until late September because it starts when light is reduced to 12 hours.

Yes those fast flowering are suppose to finish a few weeks before normal photos. Kinda curious about them but waiting to see other grows of them.

I have a bit of that gushy grey stuff each season. If they finish fast, I could have a great chance of a decent harvest... Thanks folks, cheers!

I hope it works out for you boilerroom! Auto flowering seeds are another option in the future. They would likely start to flower 5 weeks into vegetative stage regardless of the amount of sun they are getting.

Going to put my AK47 fast version in the 20 gallon grow bags this weekend. How deep can I plant them, and do I have to take off all the leaves, and stems that will ultimately be buried? I never buried them up to their necks before...Please advise. Thank you folks...
