Strange leaf

A few days ago I discovered a fan leaf that has a baby leaf in the middle of it. I was curious if this has a meaning but I didn't find something similar on a fast internet search. Have you ever seen something alike?

It's my first crop and I tend to get a little (too) paranoid when I see something different ) Looking healthy in rest I was thinking is some mambo jambo that plants tend to do sometimes, but I wanted to be sure Thanks for clarifying that out
