    Nutrient deficiency diagnosis help

    Hello all!

I am currently having some spotting and color issues with one strain I am growing for my second ever actual grow and first hydroponic grow. They are on their second week of flower and have been more on the droopy side for about 2 weeks now and have started to develop these brown spots and slight yellowing of the leaves about 2 weeks ago as well. I am running the same nutrients to all of my plants via a drip system (GH flora series w additives from the same brand as well as hydroguard and botanicares CalMag since I use RO water), but am only having this problem with the grape kush. From what I've researched, It is either calcium or manganese deficiencies. There is one plant that has yellowing and dying leaves on the older growth, but the spotting seems to be happening right in the middle instead of either at the top or the bottom.

So my questions are, which deficiency do you think I should treat for? Should I use a foliar spray on these plants even though they are currently on a flowering cycle?

Also, should I be seeing more buds developing already since I am 2 weeks into flower?? The first grow I had was autos in soil and they developed so quickly it worries me that something is wrong.

    Thank you in advance!

Hi BeeZee, you probably have nutrient lockout if you have been feeding your plants all along without flushing them. And growth will definitely be stunted if they are sick.

Thank you! i have started doing a flush between each reservoir change. Hopefully this helps.

And if it does help, lighten up on the nutes a little bit.
