From what bag seed I tried to grow ( IM NO EXPERT BY FAR) I used a t5 plant fluorescent light but never really had any success. I'd always have a few buds here and there. I ordered 2 1500W full spectrum led lights for this year gonna try them. I also bought autos so I can keep u updated if youd like. Not sure if my input helps tho lol

You're really going to have to find a way to rig an exhaust for your grow room. The only lights that would be cool enough without ventilation would be CFLs and I'm willing to bet you wouldn't like the lowered yields. My own setup is in a tent inside a room in my basement. I repurposed a dryer vent for my exhaust! If you're renting your house, your options aren't great, but if you own your house you could install a DIY vent or hire a contractor to do it. Even with cooler lights, humidity builds up too much to not use a fan. You may need to scout out a better location for your grow if possible where you might be able to tee off an existing vent (don't share one with a running dryer!) such as one that exhausts through the roof. You might even be able to use a window adapter that freestanding air conditioners use to vent hot air outside if a window is present nearby.

Like UndergroundFarmer said, you need a new grow space. Unfortunately any light that’s going to produce decent bud will need a vent. Even T5’s will quickly heat up a small space. I recommend looking into a small grow tent, you can get a 4x2 tent that’s only 5ft tall for about $70 on Amazon and you’d be surprised what you can grow in there with proper training to keep them low. I have two and instead of putting the fan and filter inside the tent i have them outside the tent for more overhead space. That allows me to take the light all the way to the top if needed.

Side note, humidity may not be a issue now but once the plants move into bigger pots you’ll need the vent for humidity as well. Plus plants don’t like the stale air.

thanx all! i will rethink my growingplace, maybe change to another room with a balconydoor...and fix an exhaust host to connect to my box fan/filter outputhole and point it to a little opening in the balconydoor opening...
humidity was a problem too i noticed so this must be the way i have to go.
          regards!

i have a spare smaller toilettroom...how much new fresh air do i need if to use that instead of my box? the little toiletroom have an aoutgoing ventilationhole straight up to the roof outside...
any other thing to think of if i am gonna use that ? i am thinking about mounting lamp and filter with builtin fan in that room if that could work...

That should work, be a lot better than the setup you have going. The main thing is getting that hot, humid air out. A intake isn’t a necessity but a exhaust fan definitely is.
