HELP! What is this attacking my plant? Some kind of mite?

    Hi peeps,
Thanks in advance for any help you may provide! Got some pics attached, looks like some kind of mite, but they're not one Im familiar with. Not seeing webbing, so I cant tell if they're spider mites or not, but maybe its a little early in their process. Looks like they are pulling the nutrients from the leaves and creating little valleys and pockets from the underside. They're leaving little bleached out spots, but they're not as freckled as the spider mites Ive dealt with in the past.

These babies are a little small, so Im hoping not to hit them with organicide so early. Please let me know what you think these little buggers are.The plants have been under a small grow light on a 24hr schedule to get going (Their in RootRiot pods, and going to transplant into soil in the next day or so.) Whats the rule with spraying under a light?
    Cheers, and thanks.

Grab a white piece of paper and hold it under the leaf canopy and shake the plants vigorously. Whatever is on your plant will drop on the paper, then you can see what it is. Maybe thrips? If you do see something moving on the paper what I do is I get clear tape and drop it on top of one not hard so you don’t smash it just to hold it in place that way you can get that loupe on it and magnify so you can see what it looks like and take pics like you did that leaf.

      Try ladybugs!

looks like thrip damage, but I'd follow Cali's advice on making a positive identification first

That looks like mite damage to me but I'd expect either thrips or mites to be easily visible on the underside of the leaves with a loupe. You've got a lot of black showing there. Looks like you'll be spraying for something though.
