    Need help identifying bug

    Hello everyone,

I am a first time grower and have noticed this insect on the plant. The plant is outdoors and the bugs seem to only be around the flowering parts. I am not sure if this is a bad or good insect. Any help identifying what insect it is and how to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated.

No idea... I googled horned bugs -looks alot like horned tree hopper or horned shield bug. Not good for your plants..sap suckers..and lay eggs in stems. Can you get a better pic of that critter?

A type of leaf hopper. Pick it off and crush it.
If you bend you will be less likely to break.

If it’s not growing buds yet meaning if it’s still in vegetation spray it with neem cake tea. That’s what I use as a preventative also work great if your plant is not infested.
