Over- watered, first leaves not looking good

Royal dwarf was growing well, but I have been over attentive, I over watered after I had it out in the sun and had a taco effect on the leaves. Thought it could do with a good drink, wrong.

Quickly the leaves looked floppy, I googled it, I concluded I over watered it.

I feel it's too young to transport to a new pot yet but tried to carefully open up the soil a bit from bottom and top. Have a usb fan under the pot.

The first true leaves aren't recovering yet after 18 hours, the rest of the plant looks healthy and recovered.

There are 4 pairs of developing leaves above the first leaves and I hope they will continue to grow well. The strain is meant to be hardy so I hope my over watering won't kill it 😣

18 hours later, pictures attached. Please tell me your opinion on how to progress. I am holding any watering for the time being until the soil looks dry on the surface

It’ll be fine. Marijuana plants are pretty hard to mess up when they’re young. They really are like a weed. Just let the soil dry out so the roots can get some air then start spraying it with a mister twice a day and just a dash of water on the soil once it dries out.

I always start in a solo cup of Fox Farm Ocean Soil, spraying the plant twice a day with plain water and using just enough water to keep the soil moist but not wet. In 10-14 days when roots start growing through the holes in bottom of the cup I transplant to a 1 gallon smart pot and start watering with light nutes. 4wks later I move the plant into its final pot and slightly increase the nutes. I’m sure others have their own methods that work for them but this is how I’ve been doing it for a long time and it works great for me. Good luck bud!

they don't look too bad but be cautious with the watering and when you transplant be sure to get about 30% PERLITE in the mix! good luck!

Thank you bboyfromwayback and duckman, I'm making all the novice mistakes, but getting some reassurance that it will be fine is great. I've brought some perlite ready for a transplant, and I wish I could get some Fox Farm like products but I live in Thailand so a lot of what I see suggested is not available over here so I can be difficult.

Misting is a great idea, I'm planning on watering with some amino acid mixed in when it's ready for some watering. PH is a concern also, I'm reading just north of 7.5 which just needs to be lowered a tad. Ordered some PH down so will wait until then.
