Is This Sprout Shinny or Am I Over Concerned

I live in Thailand (born in UK) and I'm finding it hard to get certain necessaries. I ordered a good growing light from China, not here yet, started germination, then realized my jumping-of-the-gun. I could only find a 3w growing light that wasn't a rip off that could be sent domestically. Now it think the plant is growing shinny.

I have been putting it in the sun in the morning and late afternoon on my balcony. So it could be worse.

    It's a Royal Dwarf variety.

(The chop sticks are so I can put a better bag over it so birds won't eat it on my balcony).

    Thanks for your time,
    Tony

Doesn't look too bad - just try not to let it stretch too much right now - can always add soil to your pot if she stretches too much more.

Elevate your pot off of the saturated material it's sitting on and let medium dry a bit. You want good drainage if you're going to water that much and don't do it too often. That's a good looking seedling, not to shinny at all.

Thank you all, to me it looked skinny, but I guess I was just a bit shocked at how fast it is growing, I will remove the paper towel from underneath, although I have actually got a sheet of it at the bottom of the pot inside, to stop the soil falling out, I regret this decision now lol. I'll have to poke some holes through before the roots get too long. Now I'm concerned that the interior sheet may cause bacterial growth or something :/
