    help! different bud different tricome

looking over a plant (with jewellers loupe) it looks like tricomes cover a range of shades. at first glance they looked clear, inspecting another bud they look milkyish, then i swear some others look like they have an amber tinge at the top of the bubble - any advice on trying to reason out which is the more reliable indicator.

its fair to say more hairs are ornagevthan white, although some whites are still coming through

Some flowers get done before the others, that's why some people harvest in stages.
When your pistils-stigmas turn Orange, an recede back into the flower, they are almost ready.
Your still gonna have a few white pistils at harvest time.
Keep using your loupe, you'll get used to the color change, if you keep looking often enough.
    Pictures would help.

Sounds like she is still putting on weight, clear would mean racy paranoid high, my bet is you dont want that! Milky is the high THC point, amber is couch lock, its really up to you and what you want.
