    SOIL Failure to thrive

Hi. Do any of you ever have a plant that just fails to grow? It hasn't died, it's like it grew a bit then got bored so decided to just stop.
As you can see, the others seem OK

Edit It's had exactly the same treatment/food/light as the rest

Never had that happen. Might have something going on with the roots. Maybe consider transplanting and see if that wakes it up.

Current Grow: White Truffles (GG#4 X Peanut Butter Breath)

I had the seeds in degradable peat pots. When I moved them to their large pots I cut the bottom from and sliced up all the sides of the pots, so maybe this one plant somehow managed that the roots haven't broken free from the peat pot. It's a bit late now to try to fix her for this round as I've put them to flower a week ago.
I'll perform an autopsy on her and see what's been going on
