I haven't seen him around lately. I haven't seen Woodsman67 or Tika in a while either. There are several others that are slipping my mind right now. Thankful that FarmBuck finally came home, I've been missing those great pictures.Last edited by FunkyButtLovin; 03-27-2020, 12:44 PM.

Hey guys, I'm OK. It's nice to know people are thinking of me. I've been dealing with some irl things. Mainly my dog is having a lot of health issues and i found that the stress has made me lash out at people so i took a break from things. She's about 15 and has liver issues and can hardly walk because of a bad back leg. I've been cleaning a lot of piss and shit up lately. I log in every once and a while but i have been pretty busy doing doggy hospice my dog. I'll be back, but i just dont have the time or mental fortitude right now. Thanks for the thoughts and everyone stay safe!
Oh and FYI im not growing right now, but i still have like 10 oz of my beautiful bud so at least im medicated lol

Hey guys, just an update. So just to recap, a year ago my (then) 13 year old boxer (who i rescued as a pup) went in for her annual checkup. A slight heart murmur was detected and xrays were taken. They discovered nodules in her lungs and she was diagnosed with cancer and referred to a specialist. The specialist did a sonogram and some other tests and could not find where it was. She indicated that the places that she hadn't checked required specialized (expensive) tests and if she had cancer in any of those areas she would be dead in a few months as those cancers were aggressive. We came to the conclusion that really treating her at her age would only prolong suffering so i decided to not try and treat or test and just keep her comfortable. I stopped buying bagged dog food and am now her personal chef. Hell, she eats better than i do. Even the occasional rib-eye steak.
Yesterday, i took her to her annual checkup. They took xrays again. The cancer was misdiagnosed (duh). There were calcium deposits in her lungs that can occur because of old age. Also, the incontinence (i need new carpet....) and balance issues may be a thyroid issue that can be helped with medication. She does have spinal issues with arthritis that will give her issues walking and such but if the medicine for her thyroid works she could live a while longer with me....as her personal chef cause i already know there is no god damn way she will eat pebbles again! Spoiled brat This has been a roller coaster of a year...
