I was just wondering if anyone has any insight on what this might be as well as any solutions to fix. Started noticing small brown parts near the tip of the leaf.

You feeding or just watering? How bout a pic of the whole plant what I can see looks alright. I'll post a pic I got an idea...Vegging 4 aurora indica, waiting on seeds. Got eyes on a 4x8x8 tent.
