    What's wrong?

This seedling is 12 days old. I germinated it with no problem. The taproot was about 1/2 in long. I put it in to a rockwool cube. It sprouted in 2 days. There are no roots visible from the bottom of the net pot. It has shed its first set of leaves and has two sets of real leaves with a very small third set started. I'm using Fox Farm trip pack for nutes. I mixed at 1/4 strength. PH is at 7. Temp is a constant 77 degrees. The light is a 38w 300 equivalent corn LED. 4K lumans and 5k kelvin. Wondering if I need to change my lighting to CFLs? Thanks for the help. First time indoor dwc grow.

Your ph should be lower- down around 5.6 is what I use for hydro. And 1/4 strength may be a tad high for such a tiny plant. I would go with about half that but I tend to feed light.
Just posted this link in another thread so may as well post it here too. Should show the correct ph range for hydro. http://www.growweedeasy.com/ph#soil-pH

pH should be at 6. That reflector brings a very large amount of heat.

Ok so I'm all the way wrong. Lower PH and nutes, and change out the light. Guess it's time to buy hid light set up. Do I just need to scrap this one and start over?

It should completely recover and grow just fine if conditions improve and it's environment becomes more hospitable. Sometimes it take a week or so of good conditions before you see it's really taking off. If you have lots of seeds and are in a hurry then yes- a newly sprouted one in good conditions may overtake the old one while it recovers. But no actual need to throw it out unless you just want to, imo.
            There's a lot to learn.

                    Update

Changed lights to 4 23 watt 1600 lmn 5k cfls. Lowered my ph to 6.2. Cut my nutes to 1/8 down from 1/4 strength. We will see how it goes.
