Looks pretty young still. How long has it been in veg?

looks like its just on its 6th node... (set of leaves) - likely week 2?
it'll need another 2 or 3 before it'll show signs...

IF she is an auto, most start flowering at 3-5 weeks of age,
IF she is photo, it will take a 12/12 light schedule to flower,
        How old is she?

At 7 weeks above ground it should definitely be flowering by now. According to RQS website you should be harvesting in about a week, doesn't look like that's happening unfortunately.

If she’s a real auto dwarf then pin those big solar panels down and the bottom colas will pop up right between them. You can pull the big solar leaves on the top towards the side as well exposing those pre flower sites to light. If she’s an auto those pre flower sites really take off when they start getting good light.

She's 7 weeks and no flowers, time to go to 12/12s! She's a photo!

Yup, at 7 weeks she's either not getting enough light as an auto and therefore won't bloom or she's a photo in which case requires 12 hours of light and 12 hours of complete darkness.

Dwarf or not that pot is likely too small as well. If you want good yields the plant needs room to grow. You should be using at least a 3 gallon pot...the one you have looks like a one gallon.
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.
