How old is that plant? It looks like it had begun to flower? What type of soil is that? And looks like it's had too much food early on? Not sure if this will amount to a full plant grow looks stunted? If it were given to me....I would remove those bottom leaf and flush some plain water to the plant not the whole pot but just the root zone.
