    Humidity too low?

I have 2 little babies in 2.5 x 2.5 x 6 feet growbox in 4 gal fabric pots. One of them sprouted from the soil yesterday and now has a pair of first leaves and the second one just showed up (no leaves yet).

I read that seedlings need higher humidity (around 60-70%) and I'm struggling to increase it. Temp inside is around 22 C and RH is around 50%. I've put wet towels and trays with water inside and it helped increase humidity by about 5%. I watered them once at the beginning - 3 days ago, the soil is still moist.

Should I invest in a small humidifier or will they be ok with 50% RH?

    They'll be fine at 50%.

I totally agree. My seedlings have been fine at lower humidity.

3 votes aye. I struggle to maintain 40 in my tents with humidifiers running 24/7. No problems here.

Thanks for the replies. The second one showed up today as well, I hope they grow big.
