I have gotten to a point where ( and I hate to make it seem like a bad thing) I wet trim newly harvested buds, dry them in brown paper bags and then jar them. This time they are wet trimmed and like Brussel sprouts i leave them on the stems to hang dry. Ran out of brown paper bags so after they’ve air dried for a week or so, instead of cleanly cutting buds I’ll just cut the bud off the stem which may leave 2 or 3 buds on a short stem to cure in the jars.
im thinking that this particular crop has three uses 1.) after picking out the buds to vape or grind, it can be picked apart and cleaned before use ..in which case, not much is different. -OR- 2.) use it for extraction where what gets drawn out of buds is still drawn out. AND FINALLY... ice-water hash
as I question the good or bad elements of this process, why is this NOT a good idea to use routinely? Saves a bit of time despite that I may need to trim before use. But as I’ve learned, nothing is that simple
